Current price is $3.95/lb on the hanging weight. Your deposit holds the purchase of your beef and as soon as we get the hanging weight of the animal you will be invoiced for the remainder of the meat and slaughter fee. You will pay the cost of cutting and wrapping directly to the butcher at the time of pickup.
 
The typical hanging weight of a half beef is 300-325 lbs.
