We charge $4.75/pound on the hanging weight for both beef and pork. You will need to pay us prior to picking up your beef, we will invoice you as soon as we get the weight. You will pay the cost of cutting and wrapping directly to the butcher at the time of pickup, and slaughter fee.
Cutting and wrapping starts off around $1/pound and slaughter fee is $60/quarter ($60/half on pork.)
