How much does your beef and pork cost?
We charge $3.50/pound on the hanging weight for both beef and pork. You will need to pay us prior to picking up your beef, we will invoice you as soon as we get the weight. You will pay the cost of cutting and wrapping directly to the butcher at the time of pickup, and slaughter fee.
How much does your beef weigh?
Animals can vary in their weights, however a typical animal will have a whole hanging weight of around 600-700 pounds.
How much does your pork weigh?
Animals can vary in their weights, however a whole hanging animal will have a typical weight of around 200-250 pounds.
Can I purchase individual cuts?
At this time we do not sell individual cuts of beef or pork. We sell our grass fed and finished beef in quarters, halves, and wholes only. Our pork is sold in halves, and wholes.
